Russell E. Hoss, CFA, is the President and Lead Portfolio Manager of EPHAM. Prior to co-founding EPHAM, Russell worked at Alder Capital, LLC, Roth Capital Partners and Nicholas Applegate Capital Management. Russell also served in the Air Force after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy. Russell earned his M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University
